Stay or Quit (part 3)
Ever since that day, things haven’t been smooth for me over at the working place. I won’t say I’m emotional affected as I’m still able to perform my duty well when I attends customer. It’s just that my morale is freaking down now. I have no idea what am I supposed to do. Stay or quit. Which is better?
Walk-in clients were not directly given to me as I am not delicate enough to persuade them to triple up their service if you know what I mean. I am not the type to use the word to persuade. That woman gives the part-timers the walk-in instead of the permanent employee. Like what I’ve told my boss, unfairness is HAPPENING now. It’s just you weren’t there to witness it. Sigh….
This shit is definitely hard to get through. One of the technicians
sees that I’ve been so down since that day advised me to hang on to it. She
explains that I’m not the only one who suffers from that. The ex-colleague who
used to work there were treated the same as I am suffering now.(hard time) Now
the picture is very clear to me why that place is about to close down before
she was introduced to my boss to join venture. There’s a big flaw on the management, or there wasn’t
any management at all. Everything is being handled as she likes.(SUCK)
When it comes to salary payment, that WOMAN surely knows how
to run things around. She will bank-in the basic salary into employee account
as a statement for the company tax. Unfortunately, that WOMAN did not bank-in
the commission into the employee account. It's by cash. Know what’s the reason? Yes, correct!
That WOMAN is trying to outsmart the government taxation. Not declaring the
full amount being paid to an employee is as illegal as kissing someone’s ass
when you drive. Best part – the whole
bill and receipt is being kept by that WOMAN. Isn’t she smart? Do I want to be
the guy to expose her nasty shit behind the nest? I don’t know…. My body
telling me to do so, but my sanity telling me keeps my nose out this. (my trump
card to get her killed if I want to do so)

Who is the real BOSS? I have had enough! (Part 2)
Today is the ALL OUT between me, my present boss and that WOMAN that i have mentioned before. Things doesn't go as smooth as i presume. My boss get to know what she had done from the other staff who had come over to assist few days back.
Well ofcourse, he is angered by the way that WOMAN does things. Phone call were made, both quarreled. That WOMAN angered. By coincident or mean, she demand/order/instruct me to clean up those pile of brush that is rotting on her trolly. First and foremost, i have only arrived to this place to work for a week. I don't usually use the salon's brush since i have a full set of mine laying on my trolly. I am clueless at the beginning and tell her off that it's not my brush. She brush it off and says that it doesn't matter whose brush is that, but i need to clean it. Now I'm really CLUELESS??????!!!!!!!
Well you see, whenever she demand/order/instruct you to do something, she will tone her voice down and speak to you.(psychology manner) When you argue about it, she will always point one single point. " Did i use a bossing tone to ask you to do thing?" If your answer is NO, you just have no chance to argue. I must admit that this WOMAN is really good with sarcastic manner and psychology. Well ofcourse i did not fall for her trick. I blatantly brush her off by saying ~alriiiiiiiiiight (not even looking at her)
It took awhile for me to perform that duty because I was busy doing my assigned duty before that WOMAN start giving me a fine ticket like an officer like the other day. Well, to be frank I was actually trying her patient and sees if she's going to yell at me or what so ever so i that i can F**K her off by saying i have plenty of duty to be done while she is doing nothing. She did not went rage, patiently waiting for me to clean it and not allowing the others to clean it.(clearly she is picking on me again) I clean it randomly and place it back at the place where she place it at the first place.(not her trolly)
Salon system walk-in customer is based by turn. There is another part-timer stylist who came over to work. Most of the walk-in was given to the part-timers. I remain my cool. I was asked by the client to attend to her hair-do at 6pm(via phone few days back) That WOMAN literally liquify the appointment that is written on my appointment slot and put is as an walk-in and gave the to the part-timer(doesn't it sound SUCK to you?) You would have gone berserk if you were in my position. I remained cool and phoned my boss and told him what is going on.
I'm going to cut short for this.
Basically, another massive quarrel happens on the phone between my boss and that WOMAN. Undoubtedly, she was able to put it in a way that she is not aware of the misplacing appointment of mine that just happen right after the brush cleaning incident. Clearly, she is using the sarcastic gentle manner explaining the walk-in's as well. I remained cool as always. The rest of the conversation between my boss and her is unknown as i am busy with my duty when the time is close to off duty.
The moment i punched time out, she approached me and request to talk about it (with her fake manner AGAIN). It's my off-duty hour and I'm not interested to talk too her, i told her off and said we'll talk about ti tomorrow. The moment i told her off, i can sense her unsettled mood. She pointed out am i not happy working over there(insisting to talk her way through before i knock off). I shot her off by saying " I'm not happy with YOU!" (bla bla bla bla bla bla...... another long story) I walk off without even settling the score with her. The next thing she said, I run this place, you are working over here, if you have problem with me or you don't like me, you go back to your Orchard. (what a mean way) I just took off without a word and texted my boss about that matter...
Boss urged me to settle the score with her nicely. I am really unhappy with the way that WOMAN put things together but.....i do not like to drag things any further, i went back to the salon and get things done.
I am surprised.....
That WOMAN told me this.
" I am the BOSS, you have no reason to question me whether i come in late or go back early or anything. I am the one hiring you"(which i dont think so since my E.P is not under her ). Mortified..... I was not told that she is the BOSS. Although my present boss is taking over the salon soon, but not for the time being. Which mean the moment my boss asked me to work there, i am all under her control when it comes to work. Stressed, infuriated but lost of word. Morale went down hill or even gone..... the feeling is like i have been sold to the other company at the first place. My mouth suddenly went heavy. I couldn't say anything. I couldn't do anything. Stunned..... It takes a few second for me to regain back my sense.
Remorsed.....
I do not have the power to do anything. Nor anyone could help.....

EX-boss abusing authority Part 1 (MY ARSE YOU F**KING BIATCH)
My boss.... persuaded me to try and work at this new branch located at Siglap. Well ofcourse this request wasn't just accepted by persuade. Given the monthly transportation fees and sales assurance until i make more it. We are talking about 5 digit numbers people.
So here we go. I given up my several numbered client back at Orchard which i have made for the past 7 month included my previous client that have been following me. Digging from ZERO again from this Siglap branch. I have told myself "do not be afraid to step out from your comfort zone" and this is why I'm taking this risky task. From what i have been told, boss sees potential in me and wants me to take a step ahead and lead the existing people on the Siglap branch..

I have lost my patient unfortunately.
This WOMAN who is the ex-boss, comes in to work late, pushing all the small fry job to me, instructing me to sell this and that thing to client, insisting to force client to do this and that, likes to boss people around, does not clean up her own meal after eat, best parts, she will ask you to prepare TEA for her(am i your fucking butler Bitch?)
I begin to go berserk when the boss texted me and said i did not mention (which is did) to that WOMAN back at that Siglap place that i will be going back to the Orchard because i have got appointment with a client at 10.30am. Boss went furious and said i act as if i don't give a damn about it.(it doesn't sound very nice to hear it from your boss when you did nothing wrong at the first place)
The moment i finished the client, i rushed back to the Siglap branch without even eating.(bad for me)
The first thing i was told when i arrived is that i have been FINED. Reason? I did not WASH the fucking pantry basin. From what i know, there is no food left on the water running hole. Overall is clean. So, what does that means? It's very clearly that she is trying to pick a fight with me. My duty is to take care the pantry, basin, towel, coffee maker, fridge, rubbish. She maybe right when she said i forgot to throw the rubbish which is did not throw it yesterday because i was working over time and the next best thing i know is that i better get my hot ass out soon because my traveling towards home is freaking time consuming. Because of rushing off, yes, i did forget about this little half full unattended rubbish.
Let me repeat it again if i may. My duty is to take care of pantry, basin, towel, coffee maker, fridge, rubbish. The other 3 technician is covering the rest of the duty. But.... what is that WOMAN'S duty? As per-mentioned, she is the ex-boss. And currently she is no longer the boss. What make's her neglect her part of duty?
This WOMAN, demands us to tidy up the whole station daily as if we are having 15 man power. Siglap branch is way bigger than the Orchard branch and it needs 10 man power to supervise the whole floor while there is only FOUR FUCKING PEOPLE running from A-Z at Siglap excluded that WOMAN. Does it sound absurd to you people? Does it sound like as if we are Lucy who represents the Maid Enterprise?
I marched towards her, pointing out why am I fined and insisted to cancel it. We quarreled, i gave her my nasty sharp look, and piercing words(no vulgar). She asked me to watch my mouth and know my place before speaking (which i already know, she ain't no my boss nor manager or supervisor or anybody). She cancel out the fine as she has no reason to back hold the fine on me.
What's the next thing? I wonder? Am going to speak to my primary boss and request for an immediate transfer out from that dungeon. Will it work out as i planned? I don't know....
