WHAT'S STOPPING YOU EXERCISING?

Well, we know exercise is good for us, from firming muscle tone to boosting mental health., so we should want to do it, right? Yes, well, it would also be logical if we never went to bed wearing the makeup and stopped popping 2 packs of cigarette. How's that working out for you? Interesting isn't it? Everyone who ever avoids exercises has a reason for doing so. Stands to reason that if you could work your way around the excuse, you and exercise could skip off into the sunset together; you, too, could be one of those people who says they genuinely love it, apparently, they are really not lying.

So, what's the missing ingredient???

This is you if  you had a mindset going to the gym brings you out in a sweat, and not in a good way. It's boring, painful and embarrassing.

Being scared is not an excuse. Throwing yourself off a crane with a bungee cord around your ankle is scary. Coming face to face with an angry bear is scary. Doing a half an hour workout isn't scary. If you want a good looking body, you will need to work out for it. And yes, it require major changes in your life. You will never ever regret doing it. The reluctant lasts a short time, the benefits lasts forever.


WHAT YOU NEED TO DO..... Find yourself a fitness buddy!!!



This is you if you feel you work so hard, carving out an hour or whatever to put your body through exercise is just not fair.

When people say they dont have time to work out, i say, 'Crap, i bet you found the time to watch your favorite TV drama or read a magazine.


WHAT YOU NEED TO DO.....Even if you can't do much, do something!
Set priorities, if you want to exercise, you can, it's just about making the time. Waking up an hour early for a brisk walk or so on.

This is you if you work out, but where are the results?

 It makes me laugh, occasionally cry, when i see people at the park/gym working out on static bikes for 30 minutes with a book on their hands. They probably burned about the same amount of calories but the point is that simply doing it is not enough. You are probably not working hard enough.


WHAT YOU NEED TO DO.....Make it tough enough. 
Also, look at other factors such as your diets, stress level, sleeping patterns and other factors. These few area might be holding you back, so make sure you address all of these too - and don't give up! 


This is you if you really really want to be the kind of person who works out, but after few weeks it falls apart and. oh, what's the point?

 If you miss a training session , or have a diet slip-up, don't go on guilt trip and throw in the towel. Recognize how far you have come, never let the glitches throw you off the prize.


WHAT YOU NEED TO DO.....Pace yourself. You should feel excited because you are doing something good that will have results. Remember your goals! It's harder to exercise than to stick with it once you've got into the rhythm of it.

Find Your New SEXY

Ladies and gentlemen, do you still remember what's the charming part of your partner in the first place? When you have been together for awhile, it's so easy to become familiar with your partner that you forget what you find sexy about them. Today I'm gonna bring you to the flash back and do some side kick on your lovey dovey life. 
 

1 . DON'T TAKE YOURSELF TO SERIOUS  - It's a turn-off being with someone who is uptight all the time. It takes confidence to poke fun at oneself and confidence is definitely sexy.

2. WRITE A SEXY NOTE  -  Every few weeks pick one or two things your partner did or say that you find it sexy, and tell him/her in a short love note. When you do this often,  you will feel constantly turned on by your partner and he/her will feel even sexier.


3. DRESS UP OCCASIONALLY  - Don't underestimate this advise! Making an effort to look good for your partner will make both of you feel special. If it makes you feel hot, your partner will see you ini the same light, trust me. (^_^)

4. DEEP KISS EVERYDAY  - It strengthen your bonds and leaves you on a sexy high. A passionate smooch can heat things up, and not necessarily in sexual way. You are sharing a special moment with the person you love so much.


5. BE THANKFUL FOR THE "SMALL STUFF"  - This will remind you of the little things about your partner that you might have over looked. If your partner makes an effort to cook once in awhile when you know it's not his/her thing, appreciate the gesture.

6. DO INTIMATE THINGS TOGETHER  - They don't have to be sex-related. Pick activities that put you both in touch with your sensuality and bring out your affectionate, something like cuddling on the couch, taking bath together - anything that makes you feel close.

MY FREAKING HANDS


Effing shit man... My hand is officially chapping again damn it!!! It soo dry and damaged that it splits open on the bending area. Oh my Effing god... that is so effing hurts. I know by writing it down over won't help but i just feeel like shouting it out (unfortunately not in my room). Because of the pain, i have been giving the emo look during the last 3 hour on my working period. I am so effing sorry to those who i have attended during that period. Man... this really feels like when girl having menstrual pain.. You are so effing emo that you feel like punching someone that's right infront of you. Sigh ~ ~ ~

How i spent my Christmas day, Yuuuuuuu

Merry Merry Christmas there People. If you are reading this now meaning you are actually having a slow day and you are kind of browsing the net for some leisure and killing some time. But hey mambo, it's same to me here which is on my 25th Dec 2012. Hahahaha.... Well, i get a day off from the company, kind of laid back and chill out in front of my lappie.

How do i starts my day? I actually woke up early and start my day by hitting down to the basketball court.

How's your day there anyway? Oops, i forgot that you cant reply me here. Hahaha, silly me, this ain't brutal chat room nor facebook channel. Oh well, whatever.

I'm actually typing this now listening to some brutal dubstep song. Infront of me is the window, it's a nice cloudy day since morning. Not much sun, no wind, quiet day infront of me. Other than listening to my music, i can hear the bouncing sound of the basketball. It's definitely a good day to do whatever exercise.

I've just finish watching the Afro Samurai anime. It's a great samurai anime, but the whole scene just doesn't make any sense because samurai era have no such thing as cellphone and android.      (>A<)




 The bast part, there is this nigga who keeps spamming the black mamba language (voiced by Samuel, L. Jackson). It's really funny to hear him talking. A lot of Muthafucking swearing from him. I just love it. lolx

tired legs

Yo Yo Yo... Christmas is coming and the work is getting busy busier (pardon my vocab or what so ever). Argh... I just wanna complaint it over here... \(>o<)/  My legs are soo tired because I've been standing almost 10 hours a day. It sure looks good when the pay cheque arrives your hands by the end of the day but it's still too much. How wonderful is that to arrive home knowing there's someone be there to attend your tired and miserable soul. Hahahaha....

Oh well, i guess i can only GANBATTE till the Chinese New Year and take a long week for my break. Can't wait till that day. I'm going home and I am taking my Beloved mum out for some good food. Yay!!

Christmas of Christmas

Yo there people,  I'm curious about this... Seriously, does every girl likes PINK color?? Well you know what, me being as a hairdresser I met numerous or maybe sees numerous people walking in and out from the salon. Observing their phone cover, headsets, earrings, shoes, bracelet and so on.... It's all in pink color. I was like
(=o=) #surprise# . . . . you know...

It's just me or what, pink seems to reminds me of Hello Kitty.... *Meow*~~~~

Oh well, what ever....

So so so.... Christmas is coming within this few days. I've not gotten any present for anyone yet as I'm always occupied with work all the time. I know i know, i might not be as busy as the lawyer or doctor but come on, it's hard being hairdresser too. Well, let's see.... I wonder what present will i get from the friends... Hahaha.... If you are reading this now and you've been thinking to get me some present, then this is a good chance for you.  XD

You see, i ride mrt to work everyday, and there is one thing that every single people inside the mrt will carry. Phone with headset. Ok OK... I am not saying that i want or need a new phone. It's more like i want a good mp3 player that provides decent quality and ofcourse not to miss the ear cupping headsets that cancel out the noisy from the outside. Hehehehe.... Sounds good right? Yea, I'm a music type of person that loves to flow with the music when it's grooving in my eardrums. What i'm currently using now is my Sony Ericsson Walkman series phone (yea i know, it's pretty lame as everyone is using iphone now).

SO, HEAR ME OUT MY "BESTIE FRIEND"..... You know what i want for my Christmas present.  Lolxxxx

Your Last Moment

Hello there everyone. Today I'm gonna share with you the result of my Photoshop skill that i learnt online. I think it's pretty incredible. You may save your money from enrolling on illustration class. All you need is a click away from the net. Thanks to those who share their skill and experience, without them, I am as clueless as you. =)

Basically i followed the instruction from these people and i created my own so called illustration( i know i'm just an amateur). I find it good because it gives you the dreamy feel and the teary sensation.

        After spending some time tweaking the light, adding layers, flares,                particles,vignetting.

Fucked up whole colleague.

Seriously, why does people love to pass judgement on me based on my face? Why? I was born with this kind of look. It's not that i want it. You may say that if i try to smile abit more it will makes things different but that ain't me. People have the sense to smile when they want, they dont go smile around just to get through the day. When I've got no mood to smile, that means there will be no smile. It doesn't mean i'm moody or I've just step on some dog shit and that's it for my day. You may the one who can smile all day but i may not be the one. But hey, seriously, when i dont smile, i do look so damn fierce. SO WHAT?! If you think you know me, that's just me when i'm not smiling. Why the hell you people must start giving some me shit like you're scares of me or even talk to me? I've got no knife on the back of my hand that ready to stab you when you pull my trigger. You must be thinking that this is fun and probably laughing right? Well you see, I AM WHO I AM. So if you think you people are happy passing judgement on me based on my look, then suits yourself. I am there just doing my job, getting my pay cheque. That's all. You can't expect from me too much.

Last but least, you people do upset me too sometimes. How? Let's make this simple, my secondary duty is to clean up those mirrors, chairs and side table. You can see that i clean those place neatly EVERYDAY WHEN I ARRIVE WORK. You just used that place to style your hair using the hair dryer, sitting down your pretty ass on the chair. When you are done, you just left! And i mean YOU JUST LEFT! The hair dryer was not on it's original place, the chair was not pushed back inside, mirror or products still laying beside the table. Imagine that this is what you left for me to tidy up EVERYDAY right after i clean that place up, how would I feel? Pretty much pissed off right? Hey, i am not bullshitting this. I have been given this duty, i do my best and these people just like a whirlwind come and mess it up. That ain't nice right? It has 6 month since then. This does not apply to an individual, this applies to almost everyone in the god damn floor.

Now you know why sometimes i'm not in the favor to smile when i see those shit you left for me again and again. I'm not the type that wish to remind you as you are OLD enough to acknowledge these common thing.
