High flyer or Low rider?



Here's something interesting to talk about. 

I am currently picturing an office(it can be any working environment) where the vibe is positive, everyone is productive and works well with one another. Just unfortunately it ain't happening at place. I've come to figure out how to work my EQ or emotional quotient. EQ is known as strengths, weaknesses and personality, and understanding how these influence the interaction with other, your judgement and decisions. Did you know that outstanding Superior,Manager,Director/Boss possess high work EQ?

My mission is to understand myself and my working style. Managing my emotions when I'm under stress, and working with others(except that WOMAN). Nobody wants the "insensitive" and "inconsiderate" word to be printed right under the neck.(that WOMAN fired one of my technician during the CNY EVE) When the work EQ is low. there may be resentment and frustration. Staff might avoid you and not support you.(this is exactly what is happening with my place) They may even gossip about you behind your back.(which we did) At the same time, you will have trouble understanding their behaviour and often get annoyed with them.(which she did)

I may not be someone at my current place now, but I'm going to plant my root after seeing how that WOMAN handle things. I want to create a positive working environment where my team feels safe. An environment where they don't have to be afraid of being unfairly criticized or judged. An environment that way they can be more creative and handle stressful situations more easily. When they are motivated to perform, the relationship within the team will be based on mutual trust and understanding, and willingness to help one another.(which that WOMAN wasn't able to do it)
