Why we resign?!

I was just chatting with my mum about my work over at Singapore, the fucked up place that i just transferred. Based on my mum experience working from nobody to somebody before she threw her resignation letter, it's all about those fucked up domination status in the company. Frankly speaking, my mum was the lead Manager for food and beverage company before that.

WHY WOULD GOOD EMPLOYEES LEAVE?

When you lose the good people, look no further, often it's all because of the immediate Supervisors/Manager/Director/CEO. More than any other single reason, they are the reason stay and thrive in an organization. And they are the reason why the good employee leave, taking account on their knowledge, experience and contacts. Often, straight to the competition

People leave the Supervisors/Manager/Director/CEO, not the companies. So much of money has been thrown at the challenge of keeping good employee - in the form of better pay, better motivation, better training - when, in the end, turnover is mostly the superior issue.

Beyond a point, an employee's primary need has less to do with money(although some may regards with it), and more to do with how they been treated and how valued they feels. Much of this depends on how the immediate Supervisors/Manager/Director/CEO handle things.

Although my mum is leading Manager, handling the paperwork, dealing with troubleshoot, ordering stocks and so on, she has been poured with many many false shits from the superior. Disregarding on how well she deal with customer, turnover is always the issue when it comes to it. Very much same with my current position at the fucked up place. There is always a "dog" that keeps barking from behind at the end of the month.

Some way some how, I really hope the  good Supervisors/Manager/Director/CEO will take note on their own action to try and preserve the morale of the employee.
